1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to CalendarFuse websites, the interactive product demo, support communications, and private-beta services operated by ND SOFT LLC ("CalendarFuse," "we," "us," or "our"). It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Google, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, or other services a customer chooses to connect.
2. Information we collect
Website and demo information
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic events. The interactive demo may store interface preferences in the browser, such as dismissing the sample-data banner.
Information you provide
We receive information you choose to send, including your name, business email address, company, support messages, beta requests, and feedback.
Connected-calendar information
When production integrations are enabled and you authorize a provider, CalendarFuse may process account identifiers, calendar names, events, attendees, availability, recurrence rules, conferencing details, delegated permissions, synchronization metadata, and provider record identifiers. Salesforce connections may also process related contacts, accounts, opportunities, and CRM-owned activities selected for the service.
Authorization credentials
CalendarFuse is designed to use provider-issued authorization tokens instead of asking users for calendar passwords. The exact data available depends on the scopes approved during the provider's consent flow.
3. How we use information
- Provide unified calendar views, duplicate detection, conflict review, event editing, delegated access, and audit history.
- Authenticate users and maintain authorized provider connections.
- Diagnose synchronization, security, and performance issues.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the private beta.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and harmful activity.
- Improve product usability using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
We do not sell calendar content or use private calendar data for advertising.
4. Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Salesforce data
CalendarFuse only requests provider access after an authorized user initiates a connection and completes that provider's consent process. Users can revoke a connection through CalendarFuse or the provider's account settings.
CalendarFuse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft, Apple, and Salesforce data is used only to deliver the calendar and CRM workflows authorized by the customer, maintain security, comply with law, and provide requested support.
5. When information is shared
We may disclose information to service providers that help host, secure, monitor, and operate CalendarFuse, subject to contractual restrictions appropriate to their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at the customer's direction.
Within a customer's workspace, information is shown according to the roles and permissions configured by the executive or workspace administrator.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the account, maintain security and audit records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Provider tokens are removed or invalidated when a connection is disconnected. Private-beta users can request account and connected-data deletion through the process on our Data Deletion page.
Some limited records may remain in protected backups or security logs for a bounded period before automatic expiration.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the stage and sensitivity of the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. The current public demo contains sample data only; production provider access will not be enabled until its authorization, token handling, access-control, logging, and deletion controls are configured and tested.
See our Security page for the current product posture and design requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also disconnect providers, withdraw consent where applicable, or stop using the service. We may need to verify the request before acting.
CalendarFuse is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the service or by email.
