1. Public demo data
All names, events, companies, opportunities, and account details shown in the public workspace are fictional. CalendarFuse does not upload a visitor's calendar as part of the demo.
2. Disconnect a calendar provider
Private-beta users can request disconnection inside the product or by emailing support. Revoking access in Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Salesforce account settings also prevents CalendarFuse from obtaining new provider data with that authorization.
Disconnecting a provider stops future synchronization. It does not necessarily delete the CalendarFuse workspace, audit records, or records that the customer is legally required to retain.
3. Request account or workspace deletion
- Email support@calendarfuse.com from the address associated with the beta account.
- Use the subject line CalendarFuse data deletion request.
- Identify the workspace and whether the request covers your profile, a provider connection, or the entire workspace.
- Do not include passwords, access tokens, calendar exports, or sensitive event details.
A workspace owner may need to approve deletion of organization-controlled information.
4. Request verification
We may verify identity, workspace authority, and the scope of the request before deleting information. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain what is needed or why the request cannot be completed.
5. Limited retained information
Deletion removes active service information within the scope confirmed for the request. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing, or protected backup expiration. Retained information remains restricted to those purposes.
6. Questions
